Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones Information

The following information was taken from the good guys over at codenamerevolution. In their latest post, they dissect the newest issue of Nintendo Power which is chalk full of gooides. Below is some new information on the upcoming Prince of Persia game for the Nintendo Wii.

Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. Game is identical to the Gamecube version. Meaning it’s the same graphics etc. Major difference is the gameplay. Here is a summary of what you could do:

Dagger Plant: Press A to jump, B to run along a wall…to plant your dagger into objects you flick the Wiimote and it becomes awkward at first, later it’ll work out when you get the timing right.
Speed Kill: If you get close enough to an enemy without being spotted, you can cut him down quickly with a series of well-timed strikes. Swing the nunchuk to initiate kill and flick the Wiimote.

Free-Form Fighting: Nunchuk represents the Prince’s left hand while the Wiimote represents his right hand (dagger). Slash nunchuk for secondary weapon attack or grabbing enemies. Nunchuk can control the daggertail (as dark prince).

Daggertail: Use the Nunchuk by flicking it to swing from poles or to latch onto blocks and pull the nunchuk towards you when you grabbed an object so it can slowly come to you.
