An Intersting Wii Poem

‘Twas brillig and the slithy games
Did gyer and gimble in the press;
All mimsy were the value claims,
And ten-year lifecycle B.S.

“Beware the Jabberwalkman, my son!
Hype that bites, a price that wracks!
Beware Blu-Ray, and shun
The frumious Betamax!”

As in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwalkman, with PS/3,
Came whiffling through the ‘hood,
Encountering the Wii!

One, two! Through and through
The nunchuck went snicker-snack!
Wii left it dead, stock price blood-red
He went galumphing back.

“Hast thou slain the Jabberwalkman?
You rock, my beamish Wii!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!”
Mario chortled in his glee

Check out this interesting e-mail that just popped up in my inbox:

With everyone gearing up for the battle between the PS3 and Wii this weekend, I had an artist friend in Brooklyn draw up a little illustration to accompany a poem a reader sent in about the Wii and PS3. You might find the poem, based on Lewis Carrol’s Jabberwocky, or the illustration, of interest to your readers. You can reach the page here. Thanks!

Huge props to the Editor of FierceGameBiz. What do you guys think of this quality work?
